Welcome to Driftext ("the Service"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Driftext ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, and logos.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you hereby assign to Driftext all rights in such feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate.
The Service makes use of artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate content, quizzes, and answers. You acknowledge that AI technology is experimental and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive results. Driftext does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify any information generated by the AI before relying on it.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Service infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us via email at info@driftext.com. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Driftext. Driftext has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Driftext shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Driftext, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service.
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account by discontinuing your use of the Service.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Agreement on our website.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Driftext regarding the use of the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for the resolution of any disputes.
