Welcome to Driftext ("the Service"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Driftext ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service:

1. Eligibility:

   You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination:

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account by discontinuing your use of the Service.

Changes to the Agreement:

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Agreement on our website.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
